An improved hammer driver includes :

1. A body with an outward flange on a lower portion thereof
2. A removable socket membrane adapted to driving a nut or bolt
3. A rotary membrane interconnecting the body and the socket membrane
4. A radially extending rotary arm for being actuated to rotate the socket membrane
5. An impact membrance slidably sleeved on the body above the outward flange for
sliding axially on the body to jhammer against the outward flange
6. A transmission device for rotating the rotary membrane and hence socket
membrane when the outward flange of the body is hammered by the impact
membrane
